This extension supports 5 other fields: Event Location, Notes.etc. Airtable's calendar feed only provides the date/time and the single Primary Field. We simply want to ‘mirror’ the calendar that we have created in Airtable and sync with Google Calendar, but can’t seem to figure out how to handle multi-day events with multiple date ranges. Using Zapier, you are only prompted to select a single date range. The problem arises when we try to sync this with Google Calendar. So I can’t simply use three full calendar days, we need the start/end times as well. For example Day 1 might be 8am-5pm, Day 2 - 8am-4pm, Day 3 - 8am - 10pm. The time range of our multi-day events can be different for each day. It’s kind of a hack, but it works for now. Moreover, they helped me so much to organize my. I love that you can print them easily, and you shouldn’t spend a lot of time editing or trying multiple times to get those perfect printed calendars. For this, we created a few extra columns to include ‘day 2 - start date/time’ ‘day2 end date/time’, ‘day 3 start date/time’ and ‘day 3 end date/time’, etc… We have to add these extra columns to our master Events table since with Airtable you seem to have to ‘flatten’ your database in order to really sync anything. I always use this platform and choose a printable calendar I like or feel matches my mood each month. ![]() Our ‘master’ table is Events and each event has a start date/time and an end date/time. You won’t be able to MODIFY your events in your calendar app, but you’ll be able to VIEW them. ![]() If you have another calendar app that you’re using which displays the weekends properly, your only option would be to create an iCal subscription link in Airtable, and then subscribe to the link within your calendar program. :man_shrugging:t2:Ī better option would be to use a completely different calendar app altogether to display your Airtable data. ![]() So, as you travel to different countries, Airtable will keep changing how its calendar looks. Of course, this is problematic because the Airtable team doesn’t realize that people might travel to or live in a country where Monday isn’t the starting date of the week. Airtable will then automatically change its calendars to starting on Monday. Your only option here is to change the language settings of your entire computer to a country that supports calendars starting on Monday, and then refresh your Airtable database.
